Things certainly going beter for me now.

After I'm finished with all the upgrades to my equipment I get to go out and start buying furniture.

Words don't exist to describe how depressed I was, having to sleep out in Forest Park at night;  and now I'm slowly getting back on my feet.  I may not be working for USBank for years and years but am eternally grateful for the job I have with them.

Things are a bit better than they were in December.

Been over two months now living on streets of St. Louis - no where near enough shelter space for all the desperate people having to sleep outside at night.

Not sure where I'll find enough money to pay monthly rent but will have a small room of my own within a month.  Will be able to setup my computers again and actually try to work on stuff.  

Trying to think positive and not get depressed over situation.

Typical holiday blues

Got them so bad I cann't even make the effort to get job applications in today.

Been listening to Scary Solstice songs a lot lately - "Death to the World" and "Tentacles" help to offset gloom abit.  Need to buy up lots of HPLHS stuff when I have the money.

Here's hoping I can find energy to do something useful later on.   Have a meeting/party with St. Louis CollaborativeArts group later tonight. Been hard work to stay cheerful during their thursday night meeting/workshops.

At least I can get some free dental while I'm still jobless - molar on one side needs to be pulled and wisdom tooth on other side causing trouble.

Guess I'll have to get some dentures like Stalking Cat* sometime in the future.  Not seen anyone else with tiger fangs like the cat, hope it doesn't cost too much.

Found a super book at library this morning;  will post an excert in a little while. Name of the book is "Shamanism And Sacred Landscapes".  Written by Chris Trwoga and published by The Speaking Tree.  Their website is www.speakingtree.co.uk .

Just checked the website, need to use the author listing - book was published in 2006.  No idea if other books on the site are worth asking price, but Chris's certainly are.

I've been privately tutored in a lot of stuff and not read any of the new age drek in a long time. Chris is very good and gives this old nearly toothless werewolf a nice warm feeling inside.

*  See that DA has a stalking cat too - that's not Dennis Avner, the original Stalking Cat.

No idea what's going to happen if I can't find a job within two weeks but I will continue to browse DA whenever I can.  If I lose space at shelter it'll mean I'll have to put my computers and what belongings I have left in storage and just live in various shelters or on the street this winter...   

I'm sorry that I haven''t been able to send messages to all the artists on my watch list - had limited time for DA lately.  Some really marvelous artwork being posted these days...

Having a DA account has helped a lot, the last two months.  Kept my spirits up when I was feeling depressed by futile job searches.

Will try to get my photomanipulations done and online soon.
